Alexandria Ohlinger is a revenue strategist and growth advisor with nearly two decades of experience building revenue infrastructure for B2B companies across 40+ industries.
She has worked with businesses ranging from growth-stage companies to Fortune 500 brands including Mattel, and has helped drive over $500M in revenue through the frameworks and systems she has developed and refined over her career.
Alexandria founded Leadway after spending years watching capable leaders burn money on tactics that would never work without fixing the structural foundation first. She built Leadway to solve that problem. Not for one client at a time, but through a repeatable, scalable system that any B2B company can run on.
She is the creator of The SPARK System™ methodology, the framework at the core of every Leadway engagement.
